Interplay is a commercial partnerships consultancy operated by Oliver Dunn, contactable at commercial@interplaypartnerships.co.uk. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Oliver Dunn is the data controller for any personal information collected through this site.
Only what you choose to give us, in two places:
The Commercial Growth Review and Brand Growth Assessment tools on this site run entirely in your browser. Your answers and results are calculated on your device and are never sent to us, stored, or seen by anyone — unless you personally choose to continue to a conversation via the contact form. This site does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts of any kind, and does not set any cookies.
Both forms on this site work by opening your own email client with a pre-filled message addressed to us — submissions go straight to Oliver's inbox rather than into a database or CRM operated by this website. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. We'll use what you send us to respond to your enquiry, and — for media pack requests — to follow up if it seems genuinely relevant. We won't add you to a marketing list without telling you first.
We keep enquiry emails for as long as is useful to the conversation they relate to, and delete them when they're no longer needed. If you'd like us to delete anything sooner, just ask.
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how it's used. To do any of this, email commercial@interplaypartnerships.co.uk. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
If how this site handles personal data changes — for example, if we introduce analytics or a proper booking/CRM system — we'll update this page and the date at the top.
